David L. Wimpelberg

Has been appraising since January 1990. The areas covered at that time included all of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
From January 1992 he has been appraising exclusively in Suffolk County, with an emphasis on the eastern end of Long Island, and in particular the Towns of Southampton and East Hampton.
He appraises residential property, with a particular emphasis on high-value and complex properties. Properties include oceanfront estates along the South Fork, multi-parcel estates, estates that are potentially subdivisible, farms, and large vacant subdivisible parcels.
He appraises commercial property on the Eastern End of Long Island.
The coverage area also includes Fire Island and Fisher's Island.

David L. Wimpelberg is a NY State Certified General Appraiser, which is an unlimited practice license. He has been qualified as an expert witness as both a residential and commercial by various courts.
